As the Tenant Modifications Coordinator for the prestigious “Savyoney Ramat Sharet Premium” project in Jerusalem, comprising 276 residential units, I accompany homebuyers from the initial purchase stage through to key handover.
Characterized by Africa Israel’s high construction standards, the project features meticulous architectural design and a rich premium specification. My role is to bridge the gap between the personal vision and needs of 276 families and the regulatory requirements, infrastructure constraints, and timelines of both developer and contractor.
The process encompasses tailoring electrical, plumbing, and finishing material plans, while ensuring maximum precision, complete transparency, and a smooth, attentive, and personalized experience on the journey to their dream home.
