My role is to seamlessly translate each buyer’s lifestyle preferences into precise technical and architectural plans. By coordinating electrical, plumbing, and layout customizations directly with the contractor and engineering specs, I ensure a smooth, transparent, and tailored experience from initial design to final realization.
