Another project in the revitalized neighborhood of Jerusalem… Ramot Eshkol.
This time, in the heart of the neighborhood, close to the shopping center which also serves as the local entertainment hub. with an authentic Jerusalem view, a building is being renewed under the Tama 38 framework. The planning was done by identifying and mapping the residents’ needs, down to their smallest requests and wishes. The careful architectural design made the most of the plot and gave the residents the best possible outcome.
To the existing 24 apartments, 17 new neighbors were added, who have gained an upgraded and enhanced quality of life in the heart of the neighborhood.
