Light, Color, and Wonderful Utilization
The old residential apartment in Jerusalem needed a complete renovation from the ground up.
The design was particularly complex due to a very outdated structural framework that caused significant constraints. We set ourselves the challenge of creating an open-space apartment that is spacious, with a clean look, minimalist lines, and plenty of light. The cabinetry in the apartment played a threefold role: it served functional storage needs, was significant for decorative and design purposes, and helped address the construction and columns in various places throughout the apartment. To our satisfaction, the apartment’s space was utilized down to the last centimeter.
We chose clean white base colors that provide a sense of size and light, with touches of gold, blue, and a hint of gray. In the bedrooms, we added soft colors with modern designs while maintaining a youthful and inviting atmosphere. A personal touch and interest were created through the selection of decorative items and exquisite textiles.
