Near the park in Maalot Dafna
In this project, we integrated into a TAMA 38 urban renewal in a residential building with 24 existing apartments and 20 new ones.
We designed a significant upgrade for each apartment, as well as an overall enhancement of the building. The resulting apartments adhere to the new standards of the Maalot Dafna neighborhood, known for its perfect location, proximity to a park, and friendly neighbors.
