In the heart of the beautiful Rehavia neighborhood, where all the happenings in Jerusalem take place, a boutique project called Radak 19 has emerged in a quiet yet central location. Five new apartments have been added to the existing twelve units in the building. Resident modifications, planning, and design were carried out by us in accordance with the high standards set by the project. The high level of finishes and the clean design line have turned the project into a Jerusalem legend.

Radak 19 is a luxurious building that underwent renewal and additional floors as part of the Tama program. The design planning and resident modifications were done by designer Rachel Kalpholtz and her team, who carried out the work with dedication and expertise. The perfect result met the residents’ satisfaction and contributed to the project’s success. Following this project, we continued to work with Rachel on many other projects. She has a great approach to working with people and impressive management skills. Along with her creativity and excellent taste in design and planning, projects under Rachel’s guidance run wonderfully.
