From small apartments in a large building to a beautiful renewed project overlooking the Deer Valley
A large and particularly wide building on the prestigious Herzog Street in Jerusalem. With its three entrances, the building housed many existing residents whose apartments underwent significant renovations. From small units with outdated infrastructure, we transformed them into spacious apartments with views that harmoniously complement their design, overlooking the Deer Valley.
The renovation was thorough, including the replacement of old, rotting pipes and updating the apartments to meet current standards and regulations. The final part of the process involved stylish and modern interior design.
In addition to the existing apartments, we carried out interior design for the new units. Upgrades and adjustments for buyers were made, combining apartments, and designing enormous penthouse apartments on the top floor, all while adhering to high standards throughout the process.
