Housing Unit in Jerusalem’s Rehavia Neighborhood for a Young Family Seeking Modern Design
During the process of identifying the family’s needs, we discovered that they love to feel the materials around them. Therefore, we opted to use a variety of materials and natural textures, in earthy tones. The apartment was designed to allow ample sunlight to blend with the warmth of wood.
We transformed a small apartment into a well-utilized space that exudes warmth and coziness. As the apartment was expanded and renovated during a TAMA 38 project, it grew from a 50 sqm unit to a 75 sqm, 3-room apartment with a lovely balcony and plenty of light.
